Ausnahmezustand I & II

Sebastian Utzni has created two abstract works Ausnahmezustand I & II (State of Emergency I & II), which are based on diagrams and tables. He removed all legends and created two “anonymous” abstract compositions, which are definitely related to concrete and constructive art.

The legends for the diagrams and tables are available separately on two A4 sheets.

The two posters hang in the exhibition No Condition is Permanent and also appear for a week in 10 different locations in Zurich's districts 4 and 5 in public space on billboards and advertising pillars.

This project highlights the topicality of diagrams and tables, but also of posters. The posters are mysteriously distributed in public spaces.
